ICMEI and AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism Present “Cuisines from Palau” During 11th Global Literary Festival Noida at Marwah Studios. Noida, October 2025: The ICMEI – International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry in collaboration with the AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism showcased a delightful culinary experience titled “Cuisines from Palau” during the 11th Global Literary Festival Noida 2025 at Marwah Studios, Film City, Noida.

The exclusive event was inaugurated by Dr. Neeraj A. Sharma, Hon. Consul General of Palau, in the presence of an elite gathering of diplomats, authors, academicians, and cultural representatives from India and abroad. The presentation celebrated the vibrant flavors, traditions, and cultural richness of the Pacific island nation of Palau.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and Chair of the Indo Palau Film and Cultural Forum, said, “Food is one of the most powerful expressions of culture. By bringing the cuisines of Palau to India, we not only introduce unique culinary traditions but also strengthen the bonds of friendship and cultural exchange between our two nations. ICMEI and AAFT are proud to promote such meaningful collaborations that build understanding through art, culture, and gastronomy.”

In his address, Dr. Neeraj A. Sharma, Hon. Consul General of Palau, appreciated the efforts of ICMEI and AAFT for creating a platform that highlights the cultural and culinary essence of different countries. “Palau is a land of pristine beauty and rich traditions. Through this event, we share a taste of our culture with the people of India, reinforcing the growing friendship and cooperation between our two nations,” said Dr. Sharma.

The event was part of a larger initiative by the Indo Palau Film and Cultural Forum under the umbrella of ICMEI to foster stronger cultural relations through creative exchange programs, food festivals, and artistic collaborations.
