Noida, India: In a dynamic and thought-provoking TEDx event hosted at Marwah Studios, students of the Asian Academy of Film and Television (AAFT) were treated to an extraordinary lineup of speakers who brought insights, innovation, and inspiration to the forefront. The auditorium was packed with enthusiastic learners eager to absorb wisdom from some of the most influential voices across industries.
The event featured powerful talks by Mukul Chabra, Bhushan Garware, Kena Shree, Dahekk, Dr. Vega Singh, Samriddhi Uniyal, and Kompal Kapoor—each bringing a unique perspective shaped by their journey and achievements.
Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and founder of AAFT, welcomed the speakers and addressed the overflowing audience. “We believe in learning from real-life changemakers. TEDx AAFT is a platform where knowledge meets experience, and our students gain exposure to global thinking,” he said.
Mukul Chabra, CEO of Scrapuncle, a Delhi-based recycling startup, shared his entrepreneurial journey and emphasized sustainability and innovation in modern business models. Bhushan Garware, an AI consultant at Google, discussed the future of Artificial Intelligence, its transformative power in industries, and how students can prepare for an AI-driven world.
Kena Shree, an award-winning writer and leadership coach, spoke about the art of storytelling, resilience, and building influence through authentic expression. Dahekk, also known as Da Desi Pit Bull, a celebrated Indian singer, rapper, and entertainer, engaged the audience with his story of self-discovery and using music as a means of cultural expression.
Dr. Vega Singh, an MBBS graduate turned professional bodybuilder and fitness coach, inspired with his journey from medicine to muscles, stressing the importance of discipline, health, and self-confidence. Samriddhi Uniyal, a creative artist and content creator, narrated her path of crafting compelling digital content and urged students to embrace creativity in the age of social media.
Kompal Kapoor, a New York-based fashion influencer and content creator, addressed the global impact of digital branding and personal image in the fashion industry, encouraging students to use their voice and style with purpose.
The TEDx AAFT event was a resounding success, leaving students enriched and empowered by the stories and insights shared by the speakers. It stands as yet another milestone in AAFT’s ongoing commitment to holistic, real-world education. Later all dignitaries were honoured with life membership of International Film and Television Club of Marwah Studios.
