Yog is Amalgamation of body Mind And Soul- Sandeep Marwah

New Delhi: In a spell bound and concise program of first online convocation of YOG certification course 2020-2021 session of Global Yog Alliance and release of a master piece book titled “Boosting Immunity- The Holistic way” by Dr. Gopalji, President, Global Yog Alliance, the organization has made inroads in reaching people and meeting much needed in the field of Yog in India. The program was organized in International Youth Hostel, New Delhi today.

 “GYA has brought three important components of the society that is Yog, spirituality and religion together for the first time. This will bring rainbow of spirituality to meet global needs in future. The efforts of GYA are exemplary in promoting YOGMAYAM VISHWAM KURU to attain Personality, Peace, Progress & prosperity for global community,” said Sandeep Marwah Chancellor, AAFT University of Media & Arts and Co- founder of Global Yog Alliance while presenting the certificates of the students of first batch at Convocation.

Dr. Gopalji stated that Global Yog Alliance is running Yog Training Centers at Guwahati, Bhopal, Goa, Pune, Barsana, Gujarat and Delhi. These training centers give extensive training of 240/480 hours spread over 6/12 months to create a team of Yog trainers at national level. This training will provide job opportunities to young people.

“Boosting Immunity- The Holistic Way” book written by GYA President Dr. Gopalji and published by Popular Group of Companies, Mumbai is yet another feather to link people with self-care, nutritional awareness and keeping oneself fit by boosting immunity. The salient feature author’s effort is in providing QR codes of various asanas to make community self-reliant.

Dr. P.K. Chauhan NIOS,  Akhilesh Kumar, Under Secretary to the Govt. of India Ministry of Rural Development, Dr. P.C. Kashyap and  Sudhir Gokarn CEO Popular Group of Companies Mumbai also expressed their views.
